We have tried to make this site as user friendly as possible, making it easy to understand and navigate. If you have any feedback, either positive or negative, we would much appreciate it, as this will help us to serve you better.

Inspireart reserves the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability.
Ordering
As per the present policy, VAT is not applicable on books. Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world for delivery within the UK. Browse through our catalogue to find the books you would like to order. "Continue Shopping" will route you back to the catalogue pages, or "Checkout" will route you to the rest of the order form to complete your order. Please be sure to quote telephone numbers and e-mail addresses on which we can actually reach you and the recipient. If, in the course of processing an order, it is necessary to contact either the customer or the recipient, and we have not been able to do so, then the order is liable to amendment, late delivery or cancellation. Neither placement of an order, the confirmation e-mail of placement of an order, nor the authorisation of payment of an order constitutes acceptance of an order. Orders, once received are accepted or rejected. We will notify you by e-mail if we reject or cancel an order, and give the reasons why.
Making A Purchase
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. All payments are made in Pounds Sterling and if yours is a different currency to Sterling, it is converted into your own currency by your own bank at their rate of exchange. Credit card information may be sent through our secure payments system on-line with WorldPay.
Delivery Information
As a service gesture, we do not levy delivery charges for orders over GBP 80. For orders below GBP 80, a flat rate of GBP 7.00 is charged.
Tax Charges
At present, books do not attract VAT or any other tax charges.
Credit Card Security
Online credit card payments are processed through WorldPay, within the secure WorldPay site. No credit card details come to us in any form when payment is made in this way.
Privacy Policy
Inspireart do not disclose customers or recipients information to third parties, except for the purposes of effecting and despatching orders. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
Problems / Complaints
If there is a problem with your order or you are unhappy with the product for any reason then please contact us immediately, or at least not later than three days after the date of delivery. We will endeavour to resolve the problem within five working days. Any products that are rejected must be returned to Inspireart complete not later than 3 days after the date of delivery. Please check our Refund Policy for further details. All products remain the property of Inspireart until payment has been received in full.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with the product or if a refund should be necessary due to error on our part, we will refund your payment in part or in full, as necessary. If a refund is necessary due to an error on the part of the customer, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund, costs incurred, including a minimum of 5% of the order value to cover bank charges incurred. In this event, notification will be sent of all deductions made.
Liabilities
All orders are despatched with care. We are not liable for any damage to persons or property caused by negligence or misuse of our products.
